John Winters

Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
John is one of the most sought after specialist practitioners in Essex and East London. John has worked extensively within the NHS, Military, Medico-Legal and Professional Sport.

John, in addition to his honours degree, has two masters degrees and is also is among a select group of physiotherapists who can diagnostic ultrasound scans of soft tissue, joints, and nerves, helping to confirm accurate diagnosis. He is also a medico-legal expert for trauma and injury assessment.
​
John is a biomechanical specialist who helps many patients in recovery from complex conditions but also from required surgical intervention . Additionally, some of the best sporting athletes and high profile celebrities in the United Kingdom and globally who fly in, come to see John.
​
John in his own time loves running and boxing , while also the outdoors with his family, especially his children. He has a passion for supporting the local community and sponsoring youth sports teams.

Sophie is a friendly and compassionate physiotherapist with 20 years experience, qualifying with a BSc (hons) from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ School of Biomedical Sciences at The University of London.

Sophie has excellent experience in both the NHS and private practice. She is passionate about each individual she treats. Sophie over her extensive experience has worked in different areas of physio, including elderly & falls, outpatients (musculoskeletal) covering all limb, joint and back complaints.
Sophie is an experienced manual therapist with qualifications in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Kinesiology Taping. She leads at providing and progressing physiotherapy exercises both for injury conditions and offering self care support.
Sophie also enjoys working in the rehabilitation of those who have had accidents, injuries or operations. Sophie’s complementary therapy work (massage, reiki and reflexology) are fundamental to her holistic healthcare approach and also for patients with chronic pain or disability.
