Refer a Patient to JW Physio Clinic
For GPs, consultants and other healthcare professionals. Send us a referral and our team will make contact with the patient directly to arrange their assessment — usually within a few working days.
How Referrals Work
We accept referrals from GPs, orthopaedic consultants, and other healthcare and allied health professionals across Essex and East London. Once we receive your referral, a member of our reception team will contact the patient directly to arrange an initial assessment with the most appropriate member of our clinical team — usually a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
We accept self-pay patients as well as those covered under most major private medical insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna and WPA.

Please fill in the form below with your details and the patient's information. If you have a clinical letter, scan report or other supporting documentation, please email it separately to reception@jwphysioclinic.com, quoting the patient's name — our online form doesn't currently accept file attachments.
What Happens Next
Once we've received your referral, our reception team will contact the patient to confirm their details, discuss insurance or self-pay arrangements if relevant, and book their first appointment. If we need any further clinical information, we'll be in touch with you directly.
