MYOFASCIAL TAPING

Fascial taping, also know as Kinesiology taping is a method of providing support to the structures of the body. The stretchy tape is laid on the skin using specific tension and positions to provide the required effect.

Its purpose of the provide pain Pain Relief by taking the strain off damaged muscles and tendons. It can also look to aid in reduction of swelling to help injury recovery​and also correct muscle activation patterns to improve movement

How can Myofascial Taping help me?
