How can Myofascial Taping help me?
Myofascial taping can help to reduce inflammation and pain after an injury. Whether your suffering from a sprain or more of overuse injury, this form of tapping can help you out.
If you are already seeking treatment for an injury and that includes back pain, the tape acts as a continuation of the treatment helping continue the good work of therapist for up to 5 days between treatments. Whilst top level athletes use it, Myofascial tapping doesn't need to be limited just to sports and exercise injuries - any type will do!
