The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently.

The therapy technique is based upon breaking down the scar tissue and fascia restrictions that are usually associated with some form of trauma to the soft tissue.

This helps to promoting a better healing environment for the injured soft tissue.

How can Myofascial Blading Therapy help me?

Patients with myofascial pain syndrome often benefit from this type of therapy. People who experience chronic headaches may also find relief from myofascial release.

Gently massaging on tightened muscles in and around the neck and head might reduce headaches Some people with venous insufficiency, which occurs when blood pools in deep veins of their legs, may also be candidates for myofascial release.

During venous insufficiency, the blood pool stretches out and eventually damages veins in your legs - you could experience some aching or painful sensation on the affected leg.
