We accept instructions for medico-legal reports as expert witnesses in negligence claims. We also accept Condition and Prognosis / Needs instructions where assessment of the claimant is required.
Case Management
JW Physio Clinic has expert team-members providing rehabilitation to the clients with complex needs during the litigation process. We are a team of Physiotherapists, with NHS, Defence Forces & professional sporting backgrounds who are able to assist patients in their rehabilitation to achieve the best possible outcome. We also provide treatment for individuals after settlement of a compensation claim.

We do not believe in handing out exercise sheets and sending you home like other experiences you may have had. Where appropriate a patient under our care will receive treatments and moblisations to help with any symptomatic pain.
